In 1996, founder Mr. Kong Xinming established Tonglu Mingxing Organic Chemical Factory in Tonglu, Zhejiang, marking the beginning of the company’s journey in agrochemicals. In 1999, with investment from Hong Kong, it was restructured into Hangzhou Jinfanda Chemical Co., Ltd., a Sino-foreign joint venture. On July 8, 2007, the company was officially transformed into Zhejiang Jinfanda Biochemical Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 90 million. The concurrent introduction of strategic investors ushered in a new phase of large-scale, standardized development.
